Growing after 18??
Hey people. Am a newbie here. I just turned 18 a week ago, but I am pretty short, like 165 cm,5'5 (was 164 a month ago). My goal is to grow at least 5cm, 2 inches, to 170cm, although it would be great if I could get to like 174. I planned a routine, but can only start it after like bout two months, because I currently have exams.
The routine that I planned compromises of stretching, pull ups and chin ups, core training, sprinting and j.ropeing. I plan to start weight training(i.e. bench press etc) after a while, after I get the basic strength anyway.
In my diet, I usually make sure I drink 2 glasses of milk a day and eat at least 4 fishes a week. Also I sleep like bout 8-9 hours.
So, is it still possible and realistic to grow taller, even after 18?

I follow a routine similar to this now, does that mean I have chances of growing taller too. I am also above 18?

RE: Growing after 18??
18 isn't really a rigid line for everyone, since puberty starts and ends at different times for different people (affected by genes, food, lifestyle) the time is going to be different.
