RE: Growing after 18??
Oh, something else I do when I go out- when i go to some place like Robeks or Jamba Juice for a smoothie, I get calcium powder and soy put in. The calcium powder is good for a full day of the needed intake. I've also started to run when the sun goes down in the evenings (it's too hot outside in summer... 114 today). I really want to keep the height I have now so I plan to continue my routine during summer and try and keep most of it up during college.
Age: 18, female, Caucasian
Starting height: 5'2" (November 2nd, 2008)
Current: 5'2"
Goal height: 5'4"
Dream height: 5'5"
mom's height- 5'3
dad's height- 6'
Fully aware this totally changed.
Why only 5'4? Because Idina is 5'4... =) Juuust kidding.
Kind of.

RE: Growing after 18??
Hey guys. Been away for a while. Anyway, tbh due to distractions(girls and the like) I had stopped doin my routine for a few months, so my height's been stagnant, but recently I started doin it again and aim to be more dedicated. Am 18.8 and 166cm.
Anyway, now I've set small goals 4 myself to achieve:
8/08-9/08 1cm
10/08-12/08 1cm
1/09-3/09 1cm
4/09-6/09 1cm
7/09-9/09 1cm
I'll turn 20 in 10/09
Dya'll think tis realistic?

RE: Growing after 18??
Well If I were you I would follow this routine and hang, stretch to the max!
I want you to aim to surpass my height.
Currently I am at your dream height of 174cm but I want you to always aim to be taller than me as this will yield results in the long term.
Starting Height: 5'8 -172cm (On the 3rd August 2008)
Current height: 5'9 -175cm-
Goal height: 5'11 -180cm-
Dream height 6' (182cm)
Age : 17 Years

RE: Growing after 18??
Chances are, you will not have stopped growing after 18. As far as I know, most people in here fall within that age range and have reported successful results. I seriously doubt that growing stops at 18, so just keep going.
Age: 17
Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.
