Anyone can grow any amount at any age! You just have to know how, and be willing to put every resource and effort you have into it.

Agreed. But in reality, you cant even grow more height after the age of 16 or maybe 17. EVEN if your growth plates have not fused.

As ive been trying to inform people; the REASON you slow down is because your growth plate loses the numbers of cells that create bone growth. With less of those cells, the slower you grow. By age 17 or 18, youve lost so many of those cells that the body cant grow a noticeable amount of bone.

Basically, if you have NOT grown at least 1cm in the past 3-6 months, it means you have soooo few of those cells left, that your absolutely hopeless for growing anymore bone, doesnt matter if your growth plates have not yet fused. In otherwords, 2-3 years before your growth plates fuse, youve lost so many cells responsible for height growth, that you cannot even grow despite the growth plate being unfused.

If you HAVE grown a CM in the past 3-6 months, then you need to start increasing hormone levels IMMEDIATELY AND DECREASING estrogen levels IMMEDIATELY. This will PRESERVE and PROLONG the amount of time you can continue to grow for. Otherwise, if you dont, your growth will continue slowing down, and at just 1CM in 3-6 months, your already growing very slowly, and its only going to get slower each day.

Decreasing estrogen levels, will immediately SLOW the SLOWDOWN in growth!! thus prolonging how long you can maintain the current speed of growth. Adding more hormones like HGH and testosterone, will then accelerate that speed of growth. But thats only adviseable if you are first prolonging the growth rate, otherwise, if you speed up the rate of growth without prolonging the growth rate, you'll actually stop growing SOONER than you would naturally.
