I have not. I wouldn't waste your money on a DVD that tells you stretches.

You can find any stretch that could possibly help you online. for free.

Plus this site is built like a scam. Lots of pictures, but none that are relivant to proving that the product works. Lots of promises. Lots of claims with no data behind them.

Save your money or go buy something that will work.

Bought it, They are stretches you can find online or these forums for free/ With slight variation the film it's self is alot of fluff, He show's sorta proof he grew .75 of an inch in 7 days with a stadio meter reading receipt and him being measured on a stadiometer at his gym shoes off

so if he grew .75 in a week ? it means that will work ?

well i bought it 6 months ago
i measured myself with a doctor 2 months ago and i gained 3 cms
last time i measured myself in the bathroom it seems like i gained 5 cms but it might not be accurate measurement
i didnt do it conisistly all this time
but since i'm 17 it might be natural growth so dont quote me on this
however you can find all the stretches and more free online i think you will find the book here or in betall forum (growtaller 4 idiots)
plus it tells you the same shit you will see in every ebook drink water,milk,vitamins bla bla
its just demonstrated in a dvd rather then a book
so you decide....

i knw its the same as the ebooks but when u see it in real i mean dvd u can do the exercises better because u can c someone doing it infront of u .
