Hello.

Here's something I found at impartial height increase message board:

Popovich Korinoffski, a gymnist from the former USSR stood at 5'3" from age 14 to 16.
He thought his genes limited him to that height, and never did anything about it.
That is, until his coach devised a set of exercises for him. In the ages between 17-20, Popovich
followed the routine and grew an impressive 8 inches in total.
To sum it up, these exercises are simply: warm-up, walking, jogging, stretching, hanging, and jumping.
1. Warm-up: Keep the body straight, reach as high as possible.
2. Walking: Power walk.
3. Jogging: Start slow first, work your speed up to sprinting to 25 - 50 yards. Repeat 1 - 6 times and rest in between.
4. Stretching: Tip toes, reach as high as possible, then reach in all directions. Repeat 6 - 8 times, rest in between.
5. Hanging: Hang on a bar (20sec-1min), keep legs together. Swing body to the left, right, and counter/clockwise. Lastly, do chinups/pullups. Repeat 6 - 8 times.
6. Jump: Jump as high as possible, attempt to jump higher everytime. Repeat 30 - 60 times.
"We don't know if this set of exercise is a miracle," says Prof. Steven Banting of the University of Toronto, "but in general, stretching and jumping can help growth for growing youths."
Professor Banting stands at 6'2" himself. He spent his summer after graduation from highschool playing basketball, and grew 5 inches in one summer.
"From a medical perspective," he said, "jumping activities temporarily stretch and compresses spinal plates, and stimulates them to grow longer. If you want to grow taller, then get some exercises done, don't slouch infront of the computer and TV all day."
SO...what do you think ? Give me some feedback, OK ?
