General Set of Questions
1. Do HGH releasing products work? I've heard mixed reports about them not doing anything to actually stopping growth by removing ur body's pituitary gland natural ability to produce HGH, and this info comes from an online pharmecy source under side effects. Does anybody here know a sure answer to the intake of HGH? I personally stopped taking it because of the mixed answers (most of which are negative)
2. What brand protein powder works best with workout resulting in growth? How much should one take? 3. What brand multivitamin should one take? 4. 3 meals a day or 5 small meals a day? 5. When's the best time to go to sleep? (ive heard from oriental practitioners that the body releases HGH naturally the most at 2 am) so that would put it at 12 but i dont buy it. 6. When gaining height, should u lose weight or gain weight? 7. I've heard baseball and basketball players say take protein 30 minutes before and after work out, is there any other such advice for post, pre exercise? 8. If im running, biking, and swimming, stretching what order should i do them in? On a personal note what is my height potential? My cousin is 6-2. My dad is 5 8.5. My uncle is 5-10.5. My mom is 5.1. All of her side of the family is short like my grandpa is 5.5, grandma 5'0, aunt 4'10 but my cousins are surprisingly tall 5'6, 5'8 (girls). I'm a weak 5.8 right now. 18 years old. I have some facial hair likes whiskers above my lips but only a few stray ones on my chin. Thank you so much. |
