its basically a super expensive multivitamin. And all the supplements in the world, whether it be for muscle growth or height increase, will do you no good without the proper diet and exercise. Thats why is called SUPPLEMENTS. It supplements your diet and exercise routine. so when i read testimonials for height increase pills and ppl say "Yeah i grew 2 inches without doing anything and only taking the pills"- thats bull

What is up with people introducing all of these medicines that are a definite scam.

HeightFx is a waste of time and money also.

Ankle weights is one of the only ways.

HeightFX is too controversial as of yet.

Ok believe what you want to believe that is all I am going to say Willhu12. If we get the height that we want them it is all the proof people need. I am yet to see someone prove growth using heightfx standalone or combined into a routine..
