Female college student wantin couple of inches
Hi
Ok well I am new here and find the info on here helpful. As I intend to grow myself. Ok my mum is 5.1 inches I think or a little smaller and my dad I dont know cause I havent seem him since was 3. Well everyone on my mothers side is pretty small. As of right now I am the tallest female in the family including aunts and grandma. Right now I am in college in California and don't have a lot of money to spend on a healthy food diet, since all the heathly foods are more than the junky stuff food. I basically eat chocolate natural ice cream, prezals, pizzas, hot dogs, carrots, cold cut chicken sandwiches, nuggets and fries, coco pops for breakfast . Now I drink tap water to save money. So not a very good diet but I cant help it,money is tight. Over the fall semster 2009 I grew from 5.2and a half inches a bit like half an inch. So I think I am 5.3 but I still got to find a measureing tape. Oh yea and I am 19, my birthday was in January. I would really like to grow a couple more inches like 2 or 3 inches,do u think it is possible? What can I do, without completely changing my diet? I am also a really picky eater. I have been starting to now sit with my back straight, how much will this help? Ok thanks any info is great. |

RE: Female college student wantin couple of inches
intense exercise, swimming and cycling if possible and more sleep.
Are you living in dorm where meals are provided or do you rent a place with couple of your friends? cut the choc ice cream to the minimal if i were but would be ok if you have it like once a month just as a comfort thing. probably tone down your nightlife if you're an avid clubber but once in a while won't hurt. |

RE: Female college student wantin couple of inches
people think eating healthy is expensive, in fact its not
when you buy processed/junk food, you're paying for not just the food (although mass commercially farmed corn is cheap), but for the processing and bagging, and maybe the advertisement as well if it is a popular brand. go to a local farmers market. awesome stuff there. buy fresh produce IN SEASON, as it will be of best quality and CHEAPER. for produce, remember this. if veggies or fruit are dirt cheap, they are either really good (in season/local) or old and rotting, the two extremes. for meat, always look at the paper's sales. never ever ever buy meat when its not on sale. you can easily get chicken or beef (and buy enough to stock it up until the next sale) for sometimes half price. eating healthy is always cheaper than not, as long as you develop the correct habits. also think about this: eating healthy means better health, which could inadvertently lead to cheaper healthcare, which we all know is expensive, especially in cali |
