Feet size
Are there any exercizes anybody can think of to increase feet size?

I thought maybe tilting up down on toes really fast for long sessions...would that possibly work? Sad

RE: Feet size
Why would you want bigger feet? Because it is "supposed to be equal to the height"? Feet size doesn't have anything to do with height anyway.

You can try stretching the feet, but it's not sure that it will work. Otherwise, the only option is to pack on a lot of fat (I'm talking about 40 lbs+ for a size bigger, then you will perhaps be a half size bigger when you drop the weight again), but I'm not sure if you want to do that.

Because let's say your height increases by a significant amount, say from 5ft to 6ft. You would still have the shoe size of a typical 5' 7" even when you're 6ft.
When I hopefully make myself taller by quite a few inches, I hope to have feet that aren't small either.

If there is a foot in difference, that's another thing. But your feet won't look small if you only gain a few inches (unless your feet are small from the beginning).

There's nothing really you can do to increase foot size :S You can't exactly stretch your feet you'll just have to wait until they naturally grow

Well, they don't necessarily grow just because of adding extra height via HGH/exercises, do they?

I am about 6'1.5" and I wear a size 12.5-13US shoe. I know people who are taller than me who wears smaller than that. As far as I know, there are no exact attached shoe size numbers to certain heights.

RE: Feet size
The feet will grow in proportion to the body's shape. If it feels the need to be bigger in order to support the weight and height in a particular way then the body will grow bigger feet. If the body doesn't feel the need for bigger feet in order to maintain balance during a growth spurt then it won't grow them. It's the basic idea of evolution in which the human body adapts to what is brought upon it.
