I think most of you know that estrogens are responsible for closing the growth plates. Your estrogen production would reduce if you to take an AI like Nolvadex, but are there natural ways (except zinc) to reduce your estrogen production? And about Nolvadex, anyone knows whether it has many side effects? If you could stop your estrogen production completely your growth plates won't close.... (I know that's not healthy for you, but it is possible.)

one of the big things the FDA has still not banned (corrupt mahfackers) is BPA. bpa is widely used in the US (although banned in Canada, and i believe in much of europe) to make plastics. water bottles, containers, etc. i love my nalgene bpa-free water bottle, go buy one.

another big source of estrogen? water. if i believe correctly, i think this is from the movie "feminizing of america" or something like that. put it like this. everybody pisses into the world's water supply, but the problem is the huge presence of birth control pills. overproduction of estrogen/progesterone is also excreted in urine, and basically ends up in the water supply. now, im not sure if my 7 filter reverse osmosis contraption does the job, but its the best i can do.

I don't have time right now to post all the studies I'd found, but black tea inhibits aromatase (the enzyme that converts testosterone to estradiol, aka estrogen). Estrogen seals growth plates. Drink gallons of black tea and you will grow.

Believe me here. Last night I drank about an entire half gallon container of black tea, and I literally grew overnight. My pants fit me different. My family said, "Did you get taller?"

people commonly think testosterone is THE stuff, its not. hgh and igf-1 are. excess testosterone is not good for people

And your point at another big source of estrogen, I always thought that ''oral'' estrogens were not absorbed by the body.

yeah, thats also what i read about estrogen, but the empirical data is very powerful...

ill have to look into this again. im very very very paranoid of estrogens and estrogen-like things

I take a small amount of letrozole to prevent plate closure. There was a studydone on this as well.
