I hv tried stretching but still no growth for 2 years until I use hypno.
U can search my post and thread...I was only a beginner of hypno a year ago.
I just use holulu cd,and not so frequently sometimes.
It is slow and difficult,but it did works.

my advice:if u reli wanna grow from hypno,u must watch all the movies and books to get the concept.It is very difficult actually~

My first post here.

Felt that I got to contribute after reading so many posts from this Koman.

First of all, ignore what he say. He is trying to sell his pathetic ebook on his signature. Trying to create controversy posts whenever he can.Anyway he is 188cm. What does he know about being short?

Hypnosis do work. I tried it for 1 month before I gave up. My height grew around 1+ cm .

So why did I gave up? Because my leg really hurts from the aching. Especially my sole which disturb me the most. I guess thats where no pain no gain. If you are doing correctly with your hypnosis program, you must feel the kind of growing pain in your body.

From all the testimonials I gathered, all the successful cases have moderate to strong pain on their legs.

The pain seems to be directly coming from the bone. Every morning when I woke up, I feel very awkward from all the aching.

I then decided to stop listening to the hypnosis cd and the pain just went away! In the end, I did grow my height by 1cm ++

I am resuming my hypnosis program now and I am determined to stick to it this time. I plan to grow around 10cm no matter how long it takes.

Believe in your body and after all you are not doing the impossible. Our entire body changes itself every few months. What hypnosis does is to "persuade" the body to do grow longer during this stage.

We are not trying to grow a leg out of nothing. We are just lengthening it.

I am sorry to say stretching doesn't work if you have passed the growing age. Simply because it is NATURAL. Our genes are programmed to shut down all height increment after certain age.

If you want to alter the genes, you need to talk to it directly. You need the help from your subconscious. He is the master who controls your body functions

Only talking to your subconscious directly can then you achieve the Super-Natural which is not subject to science.
