I was doing a bit of research on Dwayne Wade today and it turns out he had a miracle height gain as well during his junior year. If im right junior year is in the age range of 16-17? ( sorry dont live in america) Turns out thats when he really upped his training regime and fitness levels and he grew about 4 inches to be roughly 6ft3-4!
I actually believe more and more recently that exercising can really have an effect on height growth. I used to think it didnt really play that much of a part but ive seen it happen to people i know and other famous sports stars. Maybe its all a coincidence? who knows but im going to up my sports even more now!
Male: 18
Current height- 6ft.
Aiming for 6ft 2-4
Dream height- 6ft6
position: Point Guard.
Chris Paul and Nate robinson are my inspiration
Well exercise doesnt shorten you so you have nothing to lose! Just play as much sport as possible. Maybe thats what happened to Dwayne, and I think that's what happened to me when I was 13-14 (I grew a few inches). Maybe playing basketball increases height.
Current hieght: 183-185 cm
Goal: 188 cm

Well that is pretty impressive, but to be honest with you there was nothing stopping Dwayne Wade from taking HGH, Lots of proffesional athletes do to give them the edge. I'm not saying he did take growth hormone, but he may have done. However I do believe that intense sport is linked with height increase.
