Does running along shinebones your legs *read more*
Well...what I am trying to say is does running along and not putting on ankle weight because you are running for weight loss not growing the shin, is it just like the shinebone routine. where your leg density becomes thicker, but no longer. Just like thread about how muay thai boxer's shin are much denser than the average person because they kick so many objects. But if that's the case, will a person who runs or practices muay thai for a long time find it hard to almost impossible doing the shinebone routine to grow taller because they can no longer create microfracture in their bone since they are really dense and solid.

Do you guys get what I am saying?

the time for each interval will be unlimited, depending on how soon i reach these goals.

goal 2: 5'8.75
goal 3: 5'9
goal 4: 5'9.25..etc. every goal just add .25 cm until 6'0

goal 21: end of goal, we will see if i will even reach this point...in 3 years from now till i'm 21.

They can.
There is no real limit for every human being.
I am sure it's not the super-dense one.
They can still gain, it's just exercising. Exercising is positive things.
It's yet illogical and funny that people stop growing just by doing kicking.

The shinbone routine is a ridiculous concept.
