Does hanging work?
Does hanging add height on to you permenantly? If so how much?
Also, how much extra height can I get just from stretching? Sex:Male Age:17 Height:5'3'' Goal:5'5'' Weight:125 Father's Height:5'7 1/2'' Mother's Height:5'0'' |

hanging is good for your posture and it helps spine growth, if you are dedicated enough. Forget stretching, height gained from stretching is temporary, nothing else

Hanging does the same as stretcing, nothing.
