I think in the long run hanging will mess up your spine.

i want to tried hanging because i heard people gain height one guy he started around 13 to 17 during that time he grew about 30cm and i cant find any place to do hanging done anyone know where i cn do hanging in home do i need something like tool thing help would be nice?

Try to hang 5 times a day each for 30 seconds for 2 weeks.
You will want more, more, and more. |
