I have come out with my own diet but I am wondering if it is suitable for girls because I am kind of worry that I might be overweight after I follow up with this diet plan
Breakfast: Oat with 1 packet of cocoa powder and 1-2 tablespoon of condense milk (to add flavor) Snack: 500ml of soya milk (buy in my school) Lunch: Pasta Dinner: depending on what my mom cook but avoiding rice/ Milk and yoghurt (if my mom didn't cook) After exercise (gym): milk with protein of 20+g protein additional info: I swim on monday, wednesday, friday (1 hour per day) : Gym (cardio- burn about 600kcal) on tuesday and thursday (sometimes saturday depending on my mood) Appreciate if there is any reply

RE: Diet for girl
nice but since you swim you should eat more, plus you get more nutrition with more food. I would eat 4 -5 meals, seems like your only getting 1000 calories a day, you should bring it up. But nice you are very committed and I hope you gain the height your desire.

RE: Diet for girl
Add veggies and fruits for Vitamins. At least 3 eggs a week( you can avoid the yellow if you're concerned about cholestrol. Meat for proteins and soy milk is a good alternative for milk too

RE: Diet for girl
Ignore one of the things apples typed. AVOID THE WHITE, KEEP THE YELLOW. Eggs don't cause bad cholestreol increase.
PLEASE NOTE: I am on an indefinate hiatus from GTForum. Nothing personal, just another project I've been working on since Summer '10. My account WILL reamain open - but please don't send PMs for advice until (and if) I return. GOOD LUCK ALL HEIGHT SEEKERS! |

RE: Diet for girl
If you want to grow, you shouldn't diet. Exercise more, but don't eat less. Eating healthier would help. However, this is ridiculous. You need food.
You should also eat the protein before exercise if you want it to do anything. Starting height:5'7 (in August) now:5'8 at night Goal height:5'10 Dream Height:6'0 Gender:Male age:17 |

RE: Diet for girl
For gym exercise I do a total of 40mins of cycling with resistance that isn't too light but not too much, otherwise I can't cycle as fast as I can.
I run for 20mins and do some weight exercise (not lifting) or chin-up However, I don't rest much after each 20mins of exercise (continuously running and cycling without any rest, at most it's a 5mins rest to catch my breath or drink water) so I should eat more and exercise more? or follow what ironymagnet says ''exercise more but eat less'' but I don't eat main meal (rice, soup etc) after 7.30pm cause I hear that eating at night can make a person fat easily. sorry to make it sound so complicated |
