dudes, i said avoid the yellow if you want, coz i've heard people going around and saying egg yolk increases risk of heart disease. Not sure about it though, but it is up to the person who consumes it. Obese people tend to avoid it, people with age 40+ tend to avoid it.

And some wikipedia statements
"The egg white consists primarily of water (87%) and protein (13%) and contains no cholesterol and little, if any, fat."
"More than half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk"

Age: 14Y9M
Height: 5'8"
Start: 5'7"
Arm Span: 5'10.5"
Morning: 5'8.5"
Goal: 6'
Dream: 6'1"
Dad: 5'10"
Mom: 5'2"

I heard from a friend at college who studied nutrition and claimed that protein in soy milk is of lower quality than the protein from meat or cow's milk, is this true?

RE: Diet for girl
If you're going to exercise daily you should eat a meal high in lean protein (chicken, fish) before doing so. Don't eat fried, junk, or fast foods. No soda. Eat food high in fiber because fiber makes you feel full, like Green veggies/salads & multi grain breads. If you're going to work out hard, eat a banana afterwards because the potassium will help your muscles recoup...

RE: Diet for girl
In simple please add also these things:- The most important vitamins to concentrate on are vitamin A and D. Vitamin A has an important role in vision and has a great antioxidant activity. I believe everyone knows that, but what everyone doesn't know is that it also helps in bone metabolism along with other benefits. Taking your daily intakes of this vitamin can support your height gain. It can be found mostly in vegetables, fruits like the apricot, papaya or mango and in the liver of beef, pork, chicken, turkey and fish.
