Cycling
Do u think cycling in the air will help u grow?
That means u don't really ride on a bicycle, u just sit at high place and pretend cycling. It's my idea. Give your opinions~ THANKS!!!!! |

RE: Cycling
You said riding bicycle with a raised seat can get permanent length on our legs.
But why cycling in the air (with or without ankle weights) cannot get permanent length on our legs? Also, how can riding bicycle with a raised seat stretch our spine? People usually bend their spine while cycling. |

RE: Cycling
hmm if u want the easy gain u should strap around 10lbs of ankle weights and then sit on the hard table but also place a cushion under ur legs so the edges wont hurt and swing ur legs one leg at a time for 20 mins this will have the same effect while u are cycling but it is more efficient

Have u ever tried this method? Swinging legs with around 10lbs of ankle weights is very exhasting and heavy! >< |
