Here are two success stories from cod liver oil.

First:
I have a friend who took cod liver oil and grew at 18 to 5'10. No one in his family is over 5'7. He made his son take some cod liver oil and his son is now at 6'2 at age 15.

Alex, you may be able to still grow a bit more! I stopped growing when I was 17 and started to grow again at 21....I discovered cod liver oil vitamin tablets! It says they can help you to grow! Take these cod liver oil vitamin tabs and report back in a year’s time to let us all know if you have grown any more?

I'm not sure exactly what to think. I'm gonna put it this way: I'm not saying this is fake/impossible, but don't you think that if it worked so well everybody were going to take it and there will be sixfooters and taller everywhere ?

Sure, but who actually here took cod liver oil consistently during childhood and puberty ? Has anybody tried it ? It's a supplement that doctors usually recommend to children, especially during winter.

YOU KNOW WHAT....my friend the other day, told me about cod liver oil, and how it makes you taller, and how my other friend also told me about it making you taller, i believe it can work...why not research a bit more, and then give it a try?

i cant believe i saw it on this forum...lol...i thought he was lieing, but there has to be some truth to it

I know its good for the heart but i dont know if it makes you grow. I dont want to test it because ive tried it before and the fishy smell of the pills and bottle make me gag.

My mom always feed my Cod liver oil when I was young. I mean under 10. Everynight before I went to bed. She did that for years. Yes people, I grew up smart , but I don't think I helps you get taller......

Hehe, orange flavor !!!!!

Um...now I wonder if there is more flavors. I have had only orange flavor for years....

That is good it did not just taste like FISH!
