it also gives you an extra 2500 IU of Vitamin A and 200IU of vitamin D...but as you all know, i got alot of vitamins A and D from my multivitamin..so in total, from the multivitamin and cod liver oil..im getting 12,500 IU of vitamin A, and bout 600 IU of vitamin D...and theres more on top of eating.....but i exercise so i expend some of this...u need to take vitamin D in winter because of the lack of sun, which is a source of vitamin D in summer...and when your skin gets dry from the cold, my friend told me, cod liver oil will make it remain moist...not sure bout that tho
