Can this Really Work? I mean the grow up.
Hey Guys.

I have spent a lot of time in this work outs and have done a lot of researches about growing up with exercises and so on.

The main thing is, does this really work for people? I mean i have seen a lot of people who say thats not true but otherwise a bunch of other ppl came and say it DOES WORK.

So i have done this too, for about a half year when i was 16 (now am 17 and in 4 Months im going to be 18), and now i am 174 (5'8.5) Tall and yea thats a lil bit too short for me so like you guys i wanna grow up at least 3cm more.

Like i said before i have do this a half year ago when i was 16, and what can i say, i have definetly grow up but how? Cause the exercises? Naturally? or both? i dunno, but now before i really going to hit the 18s i want to give this one more chance so my question is, (cause my legs are short but my torso is ok) if its enough if i take weights and put them on my feet and sit heightened. if yes how many Kg do i have to take? At the moment and earlier i have used 5kg weights so i think that was enough, wasn't it?

I would really appreciate if someone could help Big Grin

Hey Jungs schön das es auch Deutsche gibt Big Grin Aber das hatte ich mir schon gedacht die meisten sind ja hierher gewandert. Nun jungs und mädels Big Grin Ehm darf ich euch fragen ob ihr hiermit schon erfolg hattet? Ich mein wie ich geschrieben habe war ich zu der Wachstumszeit und das war gleichzeitig die zeit wo ich hiermit angefangen hab, und da ich gewachse bin weiß ich nicht wie es dazu kam (99% Natur, 1% Training oder Beides eben)

but with Exercises u can be 180 cm

Yeah its quite easy. Its the same like this page, where you can discuss about growing. There a few more methods, dunno if its here too, but maybe you know the exercise with gravity boots?

Its one method (oposite of using ankle weights) to stretch the knees and gain heigh. 1 - 2 ppl in the german forum has grown up to 3inches with this exercise. And the rest exactly like this page, about what supplements are usefull, what you should eat, sleep etc.

Oh wow.! thats intresting. but is there any methods aside from this one ? coz i dont have any hanging bars like that ?
