Can i grow taller?
Hey guys, I've just joined n was wondering if i could grow taller by maybe around 2.5 to 3 inches taller, btw im 16 but will be 17 next month and only grown like 1/2 a cm or somewhere around there since last year, n was planning to maybe take up a routine since growth is kinda slow

probably because your growth now is slowing down, but you still have chance of growing cause of your age...do the basics, sports,stretch,eat,sleep
17 yrs old, will be 18 in january
starting height: 164cm (october 3 2008)
goal: 5'7+
dream:5'9 (who knows)
deadline: when i turn 19, if still nothing i give up

I think it is possible,
It will probably depend on your genetics anyways. 
Age: 17
Current Height: 5'8
Goal Height: 5'10/5'11
Parents's Height : 5'8 Dad and 5'2 Mom.
