Can I really grow taller???
Hi everyone,
I'm a 15 year old kid from Toronto, Canada. Right now, I'm about 5"6...pretty short for a guy in my school. I'm always the shortest one in my group of friends...and sometimes it gets really awkward!! I really hope I can grow at least 3" taller...but even my family doctor says thats highly unlikely! Is it really possible? |

your family doctor is looking at a height chart. On average, people your age only grow an inch or so. However, the average15 year old doesnt actively try and get taller. You can gain 3 inches.

You are young and don't believe doctor's advices. You can grow taller
age-17.3 current height-5"9 1/2(177 cm) Goal height-6"0(183 cm)minimum Desired Height-6"2(188 cm) dream height-6"3(190 cm) dad's height-6"2(188 cm) mom's height-5"4(163 cm) Growth plates are not fused |
