It's No problem for me I'm glad to help ya. I'm not the master at this but I'll try to do the best as I can to help you basically my workout schedule consists of.(Remember this is an everyday thing for me I started this routine with my father 2 years ago been doing it ever since so here goes)
1.30 minute Stretches
2.30 Push-ups
3.40 Curl-ups
4.100 Jumping Jacks
5.LOTS of Suicides lol
6.Jump rope for 20 minutes
7.1 hour of bench pressing, squats, dead lifts etc
8.Rebounding, Post, Dribbling, Shooting, and Defense Drills
9.Shoot around with my Father

tips-Always have someone with you doing the workouts and ALWAYS have PLENTY of water I cannot stress that enough and Don't Ever Quit! Always Have plenty self-confidence : )

Yes you should continue with the intense workouts you said you do but I suggest making a workout schedule like me and my father did I hope I helped and I'd be happy to answer more of your Questions if you have any. P.O.Y. Oh and Try to drink alot of milk and eat the meat (notice how I'm 260lbs lol)

My profile:
Age: 14 Sex: Male
Weight:260lbs

That's great, man. With your size and all that training you're doing, I bet we'll be seeing you in the NBA sometime within the next ten years (if that's your goal).

It's my dream, too. I started working on my game 3+ hours a day this summer, and it's paying off. I could barely dribble a ball before...

But finding this site gave me hope where I didn't have it before because of my 5"8.5 body (I'm 17). I'm hoping to put some inches on.

It's all about the work, though. If we keep workin', we'll be in the NBA.

Haha I'm a HUGE Dirk Nowitzki/Dallas Mavericks fan. Did you hear about LeBron Moving to the Brooklyn Nets in 2010?

Yea, it's mainly just a bunch of rumors. Lebron will be the most sought-after free agent in NBA history in 2010. He said a few things that hinted that he might consider going to New York or Brooklyn in 2010, which just means that Cleveland has to actually put a decent team around him now to keep him happy.
