Best sleeping position?
I found out that I can't sleep on my back without a pillow yet. So what sleeping position is the best:
Sleeping on your stomach without a pillow (Legs straight)? or Sleeping on your back with a pillow (Legs straight)? or Sleeping on your sides (Legs straight)? I'm now sleeping on my sides with legs straight. Age - 27 Starting height (morning (2007 february 16) - 181 (5'11.25)Height (2007 april 10)) - 184 (6'0"5) Didn't do any stretches and grew 0,75 inch height (morning) (2009 april 3)) - 186 (6'1"1/4) Current height (morning) (2009 december)) - 189,5 (6'2"0.5) Current goal - 6'4 Dream - 6'4-6'6 |

RE: Better sleeping position?

RE: Best sleeping position?
Just get a smaller pillow than the one you have and try to sleep with it, then later remove it all. When i started sleeping without a pillow i usually found myself in the morning using my hand as a pillow lol.

But I'm gonna learn to do it in the future I hope. I slept on my stomach and sides all my life. I could have lost some height because of that too. [EDIT] I am now 5' 3 1/2" tall so i gained a permanent half inch i believe, not sure. i'll keep measuring; tomorrow morning/night and on and on to keep a record.
