Best sleeping position?
I found out that I can't sleep on my back without a pillow yet. So what sleeping position is the best:

Sleeping on your stomach without a pillow (Legs straight)? or

Sleeping on your back with a pillow (Legs straight)? or

Sleeping on your sides (Legs straight)?

I'm now sleeping on my sides with legs straight.

RE: Better sleeping position?
Does it matter if your legs are bent or straight? because as you sleep you move around a little bit anyways Smile

"We recommend that you lie on you back with your arms and legs stretched toward the foot of the bed." (Without a pillow)

"The important thing is to keep your body (torso and legs) as straight as possible. This position may prove to be uncomfortable for the first few nights, but your body will soon become accustomed to this manner of sleeping and before long you will discover not only extra inches but, also a. more comfortable sleep."

RE: Best sleeping position?
Just get a smaller pillow than the one you have and try to sleep with it, then later remove it all. When i started sleeping without a pillow i usually found myself in the morning using my hand as a pillow lol.

I can barely sleep on my back using a small or large pillow it doesn't matter. But I'm gonna learn to do it in the future I hope.

I slept on my stomach and sides all my life. I could have lost some height because of that too.

I began sleeping my back with my arms over my head and with ankle weights

I woke up an inch taller

:O OMG!!!! do you mean an inch taller than your morning height? or an inch taller than right before you climbed into bed? dammit. my bed is too short to have my arms over my head. and there's a cedar chest below so i can't wear ankle weights either.
when i last measured myself was mid-day and i was exactly 5'3" then that morning i woke up and decided to see and i was 5'4" and i'll go check now (the night after i woke up that tall) to see how tall i am

[EDIT]
I am now 5' 3 1/2" tall so i gained a permanent half inch i believe, not sure. i'll keep measuring; tomorrow morning/night and on and on to keep a record.
