Asian needs help :-/

Sad Asian needs help :-/
Okay. I don't know how this works, but of course I joined because I want to be taller. I'm 16, and guess what my height is? 5 ...... 0!!! YES. Five feet tall :-/ Well.. I know the reason why I'm short is first because I'm Asian. & Asian's are more known to be short. I want to be 5'4. I know that's crazy! but I'm also adopted so i don't know my birth parents height. So by telling you that my mom is 4'11 and my dad is 5'9 wouldn't help you at all. Reason's for this I will keep to myself. Let's just say I'm not comfortable. My doctor said "I'm about done" which I have no idea what that means. I'm also 109lb's, I dance, play soccer, Cheer, Do Gymnastics, & I act and I print model. but I've been rejected alot on model jobs. Though I have taken a break from all the sports for a year & started drinking coffee for about a month now.

So I guess I'm asking for any advice to get taller for an asian girl.
NO PILLS
NO SURGERYS
All Natural and maybe a little pain. & I know it will take a long time, but I can deal with that.

check with your doctor to see if your epiphyseal is closed. if not, eat variety of veggies, meat, fruit, and get milk and vitamin. also do stimulating HIIT to produce more hgh. things like sprints, and so on, i think you know what i mean you do soccer.

if they're closed, go for the shinbone ankle weight routine.

btw j/w what asian are you? i've noticed that northern asians like northern chinese, korean, and japanese are usually taller. right now, south koreans are getting huge.

It is closed. & HIIT Is High Intensity interval training right?
So doing sprints and stuff like that could get more hgh?

& what routine is that? & how do you do it?
I just now started reading some of these threads, and I might
actually start doing that ankle weight stuff before I
go to bed at night, does it really work?

you might as well try some of it, even though it might not contribute toward height, it will help improve you for soccer. like when i did it in soccer we'd sprint the diagonals of the field, jog the goal line, sprint the diagnal, jog the goal line. set a number for yourself, and always finish the number out.

every run enough where your shin bones seem to hurt? shin splints are microfractures. the idea of the ankle weight routine is to stretch those microfractures, and let them heal. you would sprint or do some high impact exercise, sit with ankle weights on your legs w/ legs dangling off a chair, bed (dont let them touch the ground at all after you run), do that for an hour or more, and then sleep. DO NOT let your legs touch the floor untl the next morning, it is best to do this before you sleep. so like go run, sit with weights while doing hwrk, and then go to sleep.

at least you fit in. im about 5' 7" and all the other koreans are huge -_-

Awesome thanks, I needed something to get my lazy butt up.
I'll definitely start doing some of that plus since I've been out of
soccer for a year.

Alright So I say wake up earlier so I can run before school
then eat healthy during the school day & then exercise or do
some HIIT before I got to bed. I know we also need 8 hours
of sleep, but I'll be up at 5am to exercise and go to sleep I'm guessing at 9?

What? Really? I would think that you'd be ginormous compared to them
Korean's are short aren't they? that's what my mom is. she's 4'11

the generation born from the early 90's on are alot taller due to better overall nutrition and prenatal care. all the other koreans i've played soccer with (3 in total), are all taller than me. alot of koreans i know are around the 6' range. i know one that is about my height, but thats cus hes a druggie, and the only other korean i know that is shorter than me is because i believe he hasnt grown yet, as hes about 2 years younger.

and yes, 8 hrs is essential. i try hard to get that, but ap bio ap calc and ap lit aren't making it easy, lol. i cant wait to get out of high school.

Jeez.. I had no idea Korean's were that tall.
My was born in the 50's HAHA!

& I totally understand!!! I have Ap Calc and Ap Chemistry. It sucks.
but I will be looking forward to some sweet sleep
