So do i, im filipino too! my mom is 5'0 and my dad is 5'11, im only 5'3 1/2 i wanna be atleast 5'6.

If you eat rice as a staple food, you are probably eating too much carbohydrates. You might want to cut that down by half, but also make sure you are eating enough of it though. Carbohydrates may stunt growth, and is probably why Asians are shorter on average.

Eat a lot of proteins, but don't over eat it! Proteins help in HGH secretion.

Drink milk!!!

Do strenuous exercises such as sprinting or jump ropes.

Do stretches!

Age: 18 on December

Asian

Starting Height: 168.5cm (2/22/09)
Current Height: 173cm (5/14/11)
Short Term: 174cm
Long Term: 183cm

Yes its true.
but, once I stick to western diet and have a lots strenous exercise.
I feel tall, I feel light, and I have lots of energy.
And I do stretches.
