Hey guys im 19 and i have some x ray pics of my kness and shoulder that i was hoping would determine if i would be growing any longer.

I am not a doctor but i've been browsing the internet a bit and i believe your growth plates are still open. If you google open and closed growth plates it will show you pictures and you will see that the open plate ones are similar to yours. However i do not want to give false hope so why not ask your doctor about it?

I'm not an expert, why don't you ask your doctor?

we need more people posting height related photos such as this or before and after shots so that more can be convinced this stuff does work.
