Meh, we prefer the shorter girls. For me, this is no problem being the tallest in my year xD

Everyone is catching up in the height department, by 2020 I bet the majority of the western countries would average on at least 6 foot flat. Almost no western civilized country still averages on 5'9 for men. In the Netherlands 5'9 would already be considered pretty normal for even a girl. I'm from Holland, even worse, I'm from the north of Holland. I'd say the majority of the latest generation of full-grown mature males to be between 6'2 and 6'4 tall. I'd say you'd cover 90% of the Dutch young males in the north between 6-foot and 6-foot-6.

I prefer shorter girls myself aswell, which seriously is a pain in the Netherlands.

Even places like South Korea are growing a ton also. I know quite a few Asian guys from college who have hit big growth spurts and are easily over six foot, which is my height. Makes things eerie, let me tell you. But I'm thinking that even the Asian nations are starting to average 5'8 (and getting to 5'9 in Korea) for guys. Admittedly that's short, but the gap has narrowed significantly.

The Dutch continue to grow my leaps and bounds, though. Shikoku's right: the North in Holland has the tallest people, and it really shows from the evidence he's showed of the average guys AND girl heights. Next time I'm over in the Netherlands, I'm pretty sure I'll see a few girls that even *I* have to look at in the eye at 6ft!!

In the morning I'm 6'3 1/4th and in the evening I'm 6'2 4/5th so most of the day I'm 6'3

No, I'm not doing anything for my height anymore and I'm satisfied with it I've known ever since I was 13, broke my wrist, and found out because of the X-ray pictures that my bone age was two years older than I really was so they told me I would probably stop growing around the age of 16.

Only my cousin is taller than I am, he's like 6'7 or 6'8 but I can live with that. I'm the same height as my uncle (not genetically related) who claims to be '6'5' and an inch taller than another not genetically related uncly who claims to be '6'3' from my fathers side. I'm the tallest on my mothers side by 2-2.5 inches or so.

My goal when I started visiting heightinceasesites was 6-foot-1, and I would have settled for that. Even though I live in the country of giants where women my height would not stand out in a crowd or get pointed at.

Wtf do you want to grow more even when 6ft3? Man that is so greedy. Regradless even if you live in the netherlands.

When, in two years, I'll be 18 and be ready to go to a university then I'm 100% sure I will not attend a Dutch university but rather do a study abroad. This has over a hundred reasons, but on the bottom of that list it will also say height. I hate the Dutch for their height and I willl always remain to do so. Anno 2009 it should not be possible to feel less than average height at 6'3 at any time regardless where you are. But when you live in a city where 60% of the population is student, and northern dutch students happen to be super freakishly gigantically huge, it happens. Sometimes I stand next to a group of 5-8 males and they're all more than 2 inches taller than I am. Could you imagine, A 6'3 guy being dwarfed by a group of 18-23 year old random guys? That really pisses me of when that happens

And furthermore you very rarely feel over-average around male adults between 20-40 at 6-foot-3 in the Netherlands anyway, so you can't blame an average guy for wanting to grow taller.
