Any older guys having any success?

I've been reading these forums for the past few days, mostly the success stories forum, to see whether this actually worked, and while there has been some success stories, they are mostly from guys who are aged 15-18 and still have some natural growth left.

I am 21, and 5"7.75 (although I round up to 5"8), and really want to be taller. Obviously if I could I would choose to be 6"3 but if I ended up at 5"10 I would be happy.

Has anyone over 18 had any success using these programs (if so, who?) - most likely my growth plates are closed and I'm still not convinced this isn't just natural growth..

Please prove me wrong!

RE: Any older guys having any success?

I'm 21 and 5' 5", My Kung Fu coach told me that anyone at any age can grow 8 CM (3 Inches) above his final height by doing certain stretches and exercises, I'm going with him and he showed me that I've grown in somehow but I wasn't measuring at that time.

Relax, Sleep well, and take care of your nutrition (Milk, Eggs, Yogurt and cheeses), exercise and that's all what you can do, before all love your self as you're.

I'm considered to be short or very short, and seeking to gain more height, but If i couldn't it's no problem. my life won't be hell, won't be less self-confident, will get a lovely girl, and excel in what I do.

Good Luck,
Konan

RE: Any older guys having any success?

Growth isn't uncommon at 18-19, but when you reach 20-25 it becomes far more rare. Although I read on the internet someone saying that everyone supposedly grows on average 1.8cm in their twenties as their spinal vertebrae start to become more rigid - I'm unsure on the legitimacy of that statement though.

Gender = Male
Age = 18
Height = Morning: 180.5cm (used stadiometer instead of pen and wall technique. I might be taller since I've been doing squats lately)
Night:178.5cm
Dad's Height = 204cm
Mum's Height = 157cm
Goal = 183cm in morning.

RE: Any older guys having any success?

I'm 21 and about 5'4.5" (night height). I haven't really been committed to any routine. But I would like to be 2-3 inches taller. Seems like this is the thread with most of the 21 year olds lol.

Age: 21
Weight: 125
Height morning: 5'5"
Height night: 5'4.5"
Mom's height: 5'
Dad's height: 5'4"
Goal: 5'7" morning, 5'6.5" night.
