Activities for Growth + post your routine
My diet is very good and I am sure I get al the nutrients that are necessary for growth more than enough, but I don't know what type of activities I need to do for growth. I'm not a very active person, so I want to make a routine and become active. I go 2-3 times weighlifting a week, but what can I do more, and how long I need to do this.
Monday ? Tuesday ? Wednesday Weightlifting (not always, sometimes I go only 2 times a week) Thursday ?? Friday Weightlifting Saturday weightlifting Sunday ?? Age: 16 Height: 5'11 Goal: 6'3' |

RE: Activities for Growth
It's look like that you are really serious about building muscle.
actually dude, any types of exercise is works ( as long as below 19 years old). don't worry about whether it's effective or not or how tall are you. Put your trust in the God. Try elevated-seat cycling, or karate anything you like. Good luck, hope that we achieve our goals. |

RE: Activities for Growth
why lift friday/saturday?
too close together do the monday/wed/friday thing, or something with at least one day apart, unless you're splitting your routine, but that would be 4 days (2x2) or 6 days (2x3) |

RE: Activities for Growth
Well, I have lots of homework to do, so I don't have time for 4x weightlifting in the week.
Friday- triceps and chest Saturday- Biceps, back, schoulders Wednesday- legs. And if I don't have at wednesday I do legs at friday.

RE: Activities for Growth
If it's not in a prolonged period, lift 6 times a week is actually better than 3 times period.
Look hugh jackman and stallone routine. It's really intense, but the results are crazy. They all got ripped and look really muscular. |

RE: Activities for Growth
I know, but I simply don't have time to do that.
![]() I hope someone wants to post his or her routine, because I have no real outcomes which exercises I should do, how long etc.. Yes I know a lot of excercies, but i find it difficult to make a routine which I can do whole the week. Age: 16 Height: 5'11 Goal: 6'3' |
