Well, I not meant excercises for bodybuilding, I know quite a lot about weightlifting. But i meant what count of routines for height are there.
So maybe this is a good routine:

monday:

30 min jumping, 30 min cycling (not with raises seat, but sprinting)

thuesday:

30 mins jumping

wednesday:

weightlifting

thursday:

60 mins swimming

friday:

weightlifting

saturday:

weightlifting+15 min jumping

sunday:

rest

any suggestions, maybe to much jumping?

Age: 16

Jumping is useless.
If I were you I would choose basketball or something.
No evidence AT ALL.
Jumping can make you tall.
You may change it with jogging, or interval training.

RE: Activities for Growth + post your routine
replace it with swimming.
This is my routine. This is mainly to build more endurance and strength for martial art.
( I stop height routine already, I think I am tall alreadySmile)

Monday : 2 hours of intense martial art class.
Tuesday : 2 type of push-ups, squatting, lunging, reverse crunch (lower abs), crunch until maximum reps
Wednesday : Swim ( breast stroke(80%) and freestyle(20%)) ( resting phase)
Thursday : 2 hours of intense MA class
Friday : same with tuesday
Saturday : resting
Sunday : Swim
