I haf to raise my sit more, juz for the sake of it. i m determined to.

well, i guess if u do it in the gym, u can do it better depsite the pain, coz if u cycle on the road while ur body is aching, it d b dangerous, but in the gym, u dun haf any safety issues to worry abt.

Doctors r discouraging, but never say never. especialyl to growth. these doctors r not researchers. they only say wat they know, although what they know isnt the latest facts. i trust the scientific height journal because they r resarchers into this field. Can the doctor answer y the jai alai pitchers haf one arm longer than the others . or why the germans r shorter than the dutch? they always say is 60% genes. of coz if our mum n dad is 5 feet we cant b 7 feet but then, many ppl whose mum n dad is 5 feet, coz they work on their height, they grew into their 6 feet. doctors dont see 'enviromental factors' as the real determinant. actually wat makes u really grow is ur determination

yea. what the doctor said didn't really get to me.. cuz im pretty sure i could grow with these exercises

my spine hasn't fused i believe so i can maybe grow 2-4 inches there (4 is maximum)

and legs, i want to do ankle weights maybe later and grow 2 inches there.

what i plan to do does seem possible but then considering the results.. it seems really far fetched at the same time

Estrogens deficiency might b the reason for some ppl to grow abt 6 feet 5 inches, but it has some negative results too. It might lead to bone disorder in the 50s lyk osteopeorosis n watsover.

So beware, consult ur doctor first. I am still looking for some experts b4 i play wif my own hromones. It might b dangerous

but then since my puberty is like over and growth plates are fused, aromatose inhibitors and such won't work for me yea?

also what's a natural way to delay the closure of growth plates as much as possible? just exercise and being active?

This branch of science is still new and still undergoing ongoing research. the scientific papers were released 3 yrs ago n for scientist to find something new, they need at least 5-10 yrs of intensive research. so doctors wont know anything. i read that the the plates r now fully fused. tat's still some cartilages in them which means u can grow. which explains y ppl after 18 yrs of age still grow a little bit. tat cud b the answer. well, maybe those inhibitors will b the ebst techinques, caused the reason for everything to bcome bones is the estradiol. making them negligible will mean u r still buying time for ur cells in those cartilages to reproduce. maybe tat's the only way. so far i havent seen anyone doing this because this branch of science lyk wat i say is quite unkown, n maybe hardly ever thought of
