17 and short as crap!
Hey,
I'm 17 and I'm 5'6. I weigh 145. I've always been shorter than everyone else and smaller and weaker.. I'm extreamly pale and can't tan. Plus I'm chubby and have random stretch marks. I look in the mirror and I have the body of a 90 year old man, except I'm pale. All of this has really hurt my self confidence and I've gone from being a funny outgoing kid with lots of friends to the weird shy kid who doesn't talk. I've got nothing going for me. I'm here hoping that I can fix myself and start looking like I want to. I want to grow like '6 inches, but I doubt that's gonna happen. I already started stretching some and I've been working out for about a month now. No results yet, but I'm hoping for the best.. Wish me luck.

Try taking niacin. It works for a lot of people here. Best of luck!!!

hmm i think i've the same problem as you.my gosh! i want to buy some getting taller programs but i thought that this it'll be better.oh and i suggest to -zzaz3- to do like 1-2 hours streching exercices at least it helped me grow 2 inchees!

I would recommend niacin, as aimran mentioned, as well as melatonin. See if you have that as well. Sprint and (optional if you're sprinting: ) lift heavy weights, both of which activities raise growth hormone. Get more sleep, too. Basically, I'm repeating the stuff in my post that I linked to in my signature.
My best advice, since you said you were chubby, is to lose fat. For many reasons, fat is the enemy of growth. I assure you that being taller alone will solve your self-esteem issues. It will help. But you should work on your state of mind as well as your body, because after all, that's where this is all coming from. (And I'm not pretending to be "more evolved" than you or anything like that. But I have started taking a Vitamin Complex that contains several B vitamins including 50 mg of Niacin. Is that enough? I'm not entirely sure what to do to loose fat. I'm afraid to diet, because I want my body to get as much nutrition as possible. For the past 2 mornings I went jogging for about 10 minutes, will that help? Any ideas for a workout plan, I'm not sure if the one I'm on now is working. I care more about being healthy than being big, so as long as it keeps me in shape I'm fine. Starving yourself works, but at the expense the growth of your muscles and height.
