Ok, I did a couple of HITT exercises this morning and a walked outside for a bit. I took the B vitamins and drank a bunch of milk/eggs.

I think this might work. I have trouble falling asleep sometime, but I think I can do all of this.

Age: 17 Dad's Height: 5"7'
Now: 5'6" Mom's Height: 5"5'
Goal: 6'0" Brother's Height: 6"6'
Weight: 145 lbs
Goal: 165 lbs
Routines: Stretching, NAPs, and B3 vitamins.
